Our accelerated PRINCE2® 2009 course is the fastest and most cost-effective way to be trained and certified in.

Setting the scene for a structured approach to managing all projects; project success criteria; the model of the PRINCE2® method including the integrated elements of principles, processes, themes and tailoring.
The Process-based Approach
PRINCE2® focuses on key processes needed for successful project management which must be present, but may be ‘tailored’ to reflect the complexity, scope and risks faced by the project. Business Case

We’ll prepare you for, and test you in, the following exams:
PRINCE2® 2009 Foundation Exam
- Multiple choice format
- 60 minutes duration
- 75 questions per paper
- 5 questions to be trial and not counted in scores
- 35 marks required (out of 70 available) to pass - 50%.
PRINCE2® 2009 Practitioner Exam
- 9 questions per paper with 12 marks available per question
- 59 marks required (out of 108 available) to pass - 55%
- 2.5 hours allowed (no extra reading time)
- Open-book examination (only the PRINCE2® Manual is allowed).
Firebrand Training is the only authorised PRINCE2® training provider to trial the delivery of the Practitioner exam electronically. As with all of our courses, you will leave with the results in your hand - unlike with most training providers, where you would have to wait months for your results. We will be trialling this on several of our PRINCE2® courses this year.
To maintain your Practitioner Qualification you will need to sit and pass a Re-Registration exam within five years of passing your original examination.

Participants who successfully complete our APMG - PRINCE2® 2009 Foundation / Practitioner course have the following prerequisites :
- 1 year of experience in a project environment, either as a Project Manager or as a member of a project team, in an environment where you've followed a structured methodology
Are you ready to get certified in record time?
We interview all applicants for the course on their technical background, degrees and certifications held, and general suitability. If you get through this screening process, it means you stand a great chance of passing.
Firebrand Training is an immersive training environment. You must be committed to the course. The above prerequisites are guidelines, but many students with less experience have other background or traits that have enabled their success in accelerated training through Firebrand Training.
